| Web Design Terms and Conditions of Sale |
- No work will begin without initial deposit and client instructions and supporting artwork. All hosting and domain names must also be set-up with specific FTP / Account Access supplied.
- The client must to provide all text copy, page names, link structure, text copy and digital photos/graphics for the website, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
- Copywriting, Graphic Arts, Photography, and Video Production are all services that can be provided at additional standard rates. These services are not including with website projects unless specifically identified in the proposal/purchase order.
- All copy and artwork to be supplied in digital format. Rates do not include typing, scanning and proofreading of client or web supplied copy. Any re-typing of printed copy will be billed additional at standard rates.
- Timely review of submitted drafts and final website design edits is absolutely necessary. If at any time, more than (3) three weeks passes without client review and feedback, we reserve the right to invoice for the full amount of the project’s final balance due. Client agrees to pay all outstanding charges.
- We accept no responsibility for access, set-up, up-time and operation of 3rd party hosting and name services. Many packages include options for e-mail addresses, etc. These set-up services are not included , unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
- We will build an initial draft of your website on a test server for your review. You will be provided a URL to view and test the site. Once all work has completed, we will move the site to the live server of your designation.
- The website design project includes at least one, but no more than two, edits to client supplied layout, copy, and graphic elements. We strive to do our best to build the website to our agreed specification. Author’s Alterations beyond the scope of the project may result in additional charges and delivery time.
- Our responsibility for the website project ends with the final upload of the site to the live server. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, any further changes or modifications to the website will be billed additional at standard rates.
