Payment and Fees

$250 one-time set-up fee per number includes:

  1. Phone number acquisition fee
  2. Short custom call greeting required by FCC for recording
  3. Forwarding number set-up
  4. E-mail notification set-up
  5. Login Access to website and call monitor control panel

Monthly fee is $20 per number, plus $0.20 per minute regardless of call success.*

Billing will reflect total monthly charges. Usage time can be accessed through the “reporting” function inside your account login.

Must have valid credit card and signed billing authorization.

Monthly fee is billed automatically on 1st day of every month, regardless of set-up date.

Prices for Monthly Number Fee and Usage Time are subject to change without notification. Digital Intent will make its best effort to notify customers of changes in fees and billing cycles.

Cancellation can be made with seven (7) days notice in writing or email to support@digitalintent.com. Upon processing of cancellation, a cancellation fee of $35.00 per number, plus any monthly number fee and usage fee will be incurred on a pro-rated basis at time of processing.

Billing company is Commette Media Corporation (CMC). Digital Intent Call Tracking & Monitoring  Tracking is a subsidiary brand of CMC. SprayFoam.com, Polyurea.com, and SolarPanelsGuide.com are affiliates of CMC.

Digital Intent Call Tracking & Monitoring  Tracking uses a third party company to acquire phone numbers for your custom tracking and use. Digital Intent Call Tracking & Monitoring  Tracking and our affiliate uses sophisticated methods and procedures to acquire, and assure a “clean” number is assigned. Neither, Digital Intent Call Tracking & Monitoring  Tracking or CMC, or any of our affiliates, make any guarantee or warranty, express or implied that the phone calls received will be relative to your service offering or campaigns.

With a published phone number on the internet, or in use for marketing and advertising purposes, users will almost always receive some calls from 800# registry verification list services, telemarketers and/or solicitors. Digital Intent Call Tracking & Monitoring  Tracking and CMC will do our very best to see that these instances are kept to a minimum. In any case, all calls to the assigned number(s) are the responsibility of customer.

Not Responsible Service Outages or Loss of Data

Although our system maintains an extremely high service level and up-time rating, Digital Intent Call Tracking & Monitoring  Tracking or CMC will not be responsible for service delays or outages, loss of data, or any other type of loss of service. If your company’s call log data is important, it is your responsibility to take the necessary steps to back-up that data on a periodic necessary to your requirements.

Monitoring of Call Data and Privacy Policy

Digital Intent Call Tracking & Monitoring  Tracking and CMC reserve the right to monitor any or all calls placed through our phone number tracking and monitoring service. Digital Intent Call Tracking & Monitoring  Tracking and CMC personnel will not disclose customer call log data or recordings to any third party unless compelled to do so by legal obligation or court order.
Calls received through private lead generation services and programs are intended to be disclosed, shared or sold to our customers and or affiliates.
